Alumina Grinding Beads

Introduction

Generally, we classify 60% -- 65% alumina content as aluminum ball, 75% -- 80% alumina content as high aluminum ball, and more than 90% alumina content as high aluminum ball. The high aluminum ball is subdivided into 90 porcelain, 92 porcelain, 95 porcelain and 99 porcelain. Because of its high production cost, 99 porcelain is rarely mass-produced by large manufacturers, mainly by hand in some special ceramics factories.

Application

Alumina grinding beads according to the composition of different, can be divided into glass beads, ceramic beads (zirconium silicate beads, composite zirconium beads, alumina beads, rare earth metal stable zirconia beads, etc.), steel balls. Although the composition is different, but all kinds of grinding media have a dense crystal structure, thus ensuring the high strength, high wear resistance and low ink absorption characteristics of the grinding bead.
