Introduction
Zirconium aluminum composite ball is a kind of grinding ball, from the specific calcined alumina powder, a certain amount of zirconium powder and other raw materials calcined by a ball mill to a certain fineness, sprayed into pellets, and then pressed by an isostatic press. It is calcined at high temperature in a tunnel kiln. Its emergence provides an additional choice for customers who pursue high grinding cost performance and enriches the product line of ceramic grinding balls.
Mainly used in calcium carbonate, kaolin, zircon sand, pigment, dyes, graphite, coatings, metal mining industries used as grinding and dispersion media. The beads can also be used for shot peening for shot peening polishing and other metal surface treatment. According to the customer’s different grinding equipment, we can match different density grinding beads.
Properties
Good roundess, high sphericity, the surface has excellent gloss. The product is compact in sintering and has no defects such as porosity and so on.
Excellent toughness, higher crushing strength than ordinary alumina beads non-fragmentation in long-term high-speed operation.
Good stability, acid and alkali resistance.
Low equipment attrition.
