Alumina ceramic lining

Introduction

As the scale of gold mine and beneficiation equipment becomes larger, the particle size of selected raw ore slurry, inlet pressure and flow rate of heavy medium suspension increase, which seriously affects the service life of hydrocyclone. Alumina  ceramic lining plate can be customized according to the specific diameter of the pipeline ceramic lining plate, in order to better fit the inner wall of the pipeline.

Advantages 

Wear-resisting ceramic liner has the characteristics of wear-resisting, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, impact resistance and convenient construction. It is an ideal wear-resistant material for conveying equipment in electric power, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, cement, chemical industry, machinery and other industries. Arc alumina ceramic lining is used, which is very safe and reliable under high temperature corrosion, high temperature wear or high temperature melting, and has long service life. Under the same industrial and mining conditions, its service life is 10 to 20 times of casting stone, wear resistant alloy cast steel, steel rubber and other materials.

Wear-resistant ceramic performance characteristics:

1. High hardness: Generally, the hardness is greater than HRA80 or more, and the highest can reach more than 92;

2. Good wear resistance: at least 200 times that of ordinary carbon steel and 10 times that of high-chromium cast iron;

3. Light weight: the specific gravity of alumina is generally only about 3.6, that of silicon carbide is about 2.7, and that of zirconia is about 6;

4. Good heat resistance: The heat resistance of different wear-resistant ceramics is not the same, but this product is used in the occasion of resistance to particle erosion, and there is no problem with heat resistance.
