Product Introduction
Tabular Alumina is a pure sintered α -alumina material that is fully densified by rapid sintering at temperatures in excess of 1900°C without the use of sintering AIDS.
The tabular alumina is characterized by large and developed hexagonal sheet α -alumina crystals. Its excellent thermal volume stability and thermal shock properties are attributed to its special microstructure: low open porosity and large crystals, which form closed spherical pores when recrystallized during rapid sintering.
