The 4.7-inch SPI TFT display screen is a color TFT LCD screen with a 720 * 1280 dot matrix MIPI interface, featuring rich color display and high resolution, providing users with a clear visual experience. Suitable for payment devices, child monitors, monitoring device displays, access control attendance devices, security devices, handheld devices, children's education display panels, etc.
This 4.7-inch MIPI TFT TXW470008B0 module comes with a built-in JD9365DA driver IC; It supports MIPI BIT interface and has a power supply voltage (VDD) of 15V. It can operate within a temperature range of -20 ℃ to+70 ℃ and store within a temperature range of -30 ℃ to+80 ℃.
