Tian Xianwei TXW280085C0-CTP is a diagonal size 2.8”inch IPS type TFT LCD Display with resolution 240*320 pixels.
1. TXW280085C0-CTP is a TFT LCD module with a diagonal size of 2.8 inches, 240 * 320, full-color TFT LCD display, and a capacitive touch screen (CTP).
2. This module supports MCU 8/16 bit interfaces. The module size of TXW280085C0-CTP model is 54 * 74.9 * 3.55mm, with an effective area of 43.2 * 57.6mm;
3.TXW280085C0-CTP is integrated with ST7789V controller on the module, and its logic power supply voltage range is 2.8V to 3.3V.
4. It Can operate within a temperature range of -20 ℃ to+70 ℃; Its storage temperature range is -30 ℃ to+80 ℃.
5. TXW280085C0-CTP is a vertical mode LCD module with a brightness of 300cd/m ². If you want to use it as a portrait mode or adjust brightness, please contact us for more technical support.
