Insulated Sectional Doors
Our industrial sectional doors feature double-layer sandwich hot-dip galvanized steel plates with polyurethane surface treatment. The 40mm thick core provides excellent insulation with polyurethane material. The door body includes:
- Box-shaped edge banding with connecting hinges for embedded track installation
- Spherical vinyl resin sealing strips for weatherproofing
- Torsion spring balance system with steel components for smooth operation
- Galvanized torsion spring with minimum 30,000 life cycles
