The industrial sectional door panels consist of double-layer sandwich hot-dip galvanized steel plates with polyurethane surface treatment. The 40mm thick core contains polyurethane insulation for superior thermal performance. The door features:
- Box-shaped edge banding with connecting hinges for embedded track installation
- Spherical vinyl resin sealing strips along width and height for weatherproofing
- Torsion spring balance system with steel-cable breaking device
- Manual operation capability without motor power
