Sectional door designed for factory and hangar applications, featuring easy operation, wind resistance, and thermal insulation properties.
What Are Sectional Rolling Shutter Doors?
Sectional roller shutter doors consist of wide panels that can be customized with windows or steel sections. When retracted, these doors roll up and lie flat against the ceiling, making them suitable for almost any installation condition.
Insulated Sectional Doors Construction
Our industrial sectional doors feature double-layer sandwich hot-dip galvanized steel panels with surface polyurethane processing. The core material is polyurethane insulation with a thickness of 40mm. The door body includes box-shaped edge banding with connecting hinges mounted on the edge banding for embedded track installation.
Sealing system includes top and bottom sealing strips and lateral sealing strips made of spherical vinyl resin along the width and height of the door to prevent wind, rain, and penetration. The balance system consists of torsion spring, reel, steel shaft, and locking flange with steel-wrapped wheels and steel cable breaking device.
