Mechanical dock shelters are manufactured in accordance with European standards and provide effective sealing between loading/unloading docks and freight vehicles. This ensures quick and safe loading operations in any weather conditions, making them ideal for medium-strength loading sites.
The standard size dock shelter accommodates vehicles of all sizes from small trucks to standard trucks. When loading goods, the vehicle's rear enters the dock shelter, providing protection from wind, rain, and foreign matter entry. Excellent sealing functionality maintains temperature control and prevents environmental contamination.
Construction & Materials
The KDRL dock shelter features hot-dip galvanized steel arcs with 60 x 30 mm cross-sections connected with parallel bars. Side and top canvas is constructed from polyester PVC (polyvinyl chloride) self-extinguishing textile weighing 750 g/m³, with reinforcement at critical stress points for enhanced durability.
