• Tubes: To encourage heat exchange, refrigerant gas travels via tiny tubes in the condenser. These tubes are made to transfer heat with greater effectiveness and have a larger surface area.
• Fins: To increase surface area and heat dissipation, the tubes are equipped with thin metal fins. By transmitting heat from the refrigerant to the surrounding air, they increase cooling efficiency.
• Two refrigerant connections—one on the high-pressure side and one on the low-pressure side—are located on the condenser. These connections let refrigerant to enter and exit the condenser during the cooling process.
• Installing Brackets: In order to provide stability and proper alignment with other components, brackets secure the condenser to the radiator support or vehicle frame.​
