Its advanced auto-brake feature ensures minimal waste of resources in the event of wire breakage, whether internal or external.

3. Features for 1+6+12 BVR Wires Cable Twisting Machine Unilay Wire Bunching Machine:
This machine is a new product newly developed by our company, which completely replaces the product produced by the 200-type pipe twister. It is mainly aimed at BVR conductors and performs layered twisting at the same time, especially the production of 1 + 6 and 12. The product is stranded (regular stranding of 19 strands of copper wire), which greatly reduces the production cost. The output is 4.5 times that of the 200-type pipe stranding machine. At the same time, it has the advantages of energy saving, small footprint and low noise.
