This equipment is mainly used for the shielding of copper and aluminum tapes for cables such as plastic cables, power cables, and control cables.

The copper tape head type of this device is concentric, mainly composed of a transmission frame, a transmission body, a support frame, a frequency conversion speed regulating motor and a protective cover.    

The maximum size of the tape reel that can be placed on this copper tape head equipment is φ600. The angle of the copper tape can be adjusted arbitrarily through the adjustment mechanism. The required steel tape pitch and forward and reverse directions are achieved through the frequency conversion speed regulating motor.

To improve the rotational speed of the copper tape head and the stability during winding, this device is designed as a single support type. This device is equipped with a complete tape parking protection device. When the tape is completed, the parking device will send a signal. When the brake mechanism (as shown in Figure 3) receives the brake signal, the solenoid valve will act, causing compressed air to quickly enter the small cylinder, pushing the brake block to hold the brake wheel, and making the rotating body stop rotating quickly. This pendulum lever mechanism can maintain a relatively constant tension during tape wrapping.

The protective cover mainly plays a role of safety protection. When the protective cover is opened, the travel switch is disconnected and the entire machine cannot start. When the protective cover is closed, the travel switch is closed and the entire machine can start.
