Additionally, its advanced auto-stop capability contributes to a smoother stranding process, enhancing efficiency and productivity. Its advanced auto-brake feature ensures minimal waste of resources in the event of wire breakage, whether internal or external.
Features:
- The maximum spindle speed is 1600 RPM.
- Automatic tension control: During stranding, when winding from the bottom of the reel to a full reel, the take-up tension needs to continuously increase. This machine can automatically track and adjust the take-up tension to make the take-up tension of the entire reel uniform. At the same time, this machine can also adjust the take-up tension without stopping.
- The wire passing system is of the latest structure. The wire passes directly from the spindle guide wheel to the bow belt, eliminating the scratching and strand jumping phenomena caused by the failure of the corner guide wheel on the aluminum reel.
