Applicable for ethernet cable (cat5e/cat6/cat6a/cat7), control cable, power cord (aka. power cord) and multiple strand core wires cabling and twisting as well as taping at the same time (note: the taping funciton is optional and depends on customer request).
Feature:
- Linkage at different speed mechanically, PLC program control, Electronic tracking pitch, human-computer interface, work steady at high speed.
- Loading and unloading trays is easy and requires low labor consumption.
- Pitch is controlled by computer, with non-tension traction wheels and a motion wiring cable passing path. The traction wheel diameter is increased to reduce the wire cable curve.
- The stranded main unit has a cantilever arm structure and a revolving body with low rotating inertia, high rpm, and stable speed.
