Our high speed extrusion series applies to the insulation and sheathing of bare copper, aluminum and aluminum alloy wires with PVC, PE, LSZH, HFFR and XLPE materials.

Features:

Can be configured with additional extruders for co-extrusion or applying multiple colours on insulation layer
PLC control and user-friendly touch screen interface.
Precise fixed-center crosshead for minimal need for adjustment.
The productioin line adopts various detecting devices such as precision meter counter, lazer diameter gauge and spark tester to guarantee the consistency in product quality.
