Our series of high-speed extrusion is suitable for insulating and sheathing bare copper, aluminum, and aluminum alloy wires with the materials of PVC, PE, LSZH, HFFR, and XLPE.
Features:
- Can be configured with additional extruders for co-extrusion or applying multiple colours on insulation layer
- PLC control and user-friendly touch screen interface.
- Precise fixed-center crosshead for minimal need for adjustment.
- The productioin line adopts various detecting devices such as precision meter counter, lazer diameter gauge and spark tester to guarantee the consistency in product quality.
