UAV Tethered Power Supply System in operation

The AF-G4-100M drone tether box pairs with the onboard module to create a complete tether system compatible with multiple UAV platforms including DJI M200/M210, Wu2, M300/M350, and other UAVs supporting 6S or 12S power supply up to 2500W. The system consists of:

  • Airborne end module
  • Ground tethered power box

High-performance alloy cables transmit power from ground to airborne module, converting to DC 12S/6S voltage for sustained UAV operation. The system connects directly to generators or 220V mains power, enabling ultra-long duration flights while maintaining safety standards.

The airborne module provides 48V/24V power interfaces (with automatic battery/power supply switching) for additional payloads such as:
