The JGX-0320A-20A wire rope vibration isolators are woven into a nonlinear spiral structure by multiple strands of wire ropes according to a specific process, and the energy dissipation is realized through the friction and elastic deformation between the wire ropes. Its three-dimensional vibration isolation design can attenuate the vibrations in the transverse, longitudinal and rotational directions simultaneously. The resonant frequency is as low as below 5Hz, and the vibration isolation efficiency exceeds 90%. By optimizing the material and structural parameters, Xi'an Hoan Microwave has enabled this product to achieve a balance between the bearing capacity (5-200kg) and the vibration reduction performance, meeting different load requirements.
