JGX-0648A Series

In response to the lightweight requirements of modern equipment, the JGX-0648A series wire rope vibration isolators developed by Xi'an Hoan Microwave Co., Ltd. achieve weight optimization while ensuring high performance. Made of high-strength stainless steel, the product features a lightweight structure yet excellent load-bearing capacity and durability, making it particularly suitable for weight-sensitive applications such as drones and vehicle-mounted electronics.  


Its unique wire rope braiding process endows the isolator with excellent elastic recovery ability, ensuring no plastic deformation even under long-term compression. Additionally, the JGX-0648A series boasts good anti-aging performance and a long service life, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With multiple installation methods supporting horizontal or vertical arrangements, it adapts to different equipment layout needs.

Hard Anodizing: The surface treatment to make the aluminum mounting bars much more harder than the white anodized way. The color of the hard anodized aluminum mounting bars is more darker than the white anodizing way. Special use for complex or special requirements of the working conditions of the using of wire rope isolators.
