JGX-0958A Series
Compared with traditional rubber vibration isolators, JGX - 0958A has a longer service life (up to more than 5 years) and no performance degradation. Its three-dimensional vibration isolation characteristics can simultaneously absorb lateral, longitudinal and torsional vibrations, with a vibration isolation efficiency of >90%. The product has passed the GJB150 - 2009 standard test, with an impact resistance of 30g/11ms, and can still maintain stability under extreme conditions. User measured data shows that the vibration amplitude of the equipment is reduced by more than 60% after installation.
The product provides a variety of installation interfaces from M6 to M8, supporting horizontal or vertical installation. During installation, it is necessary to ensure uniform load distribution to avoid unilateral overload. It does not require lubrication or regular adjustment during use, and only needs to check whether the steel wire rope has abnormal wear once a year.
