Xi'an Hoan Microwave Co., Ltd.'s JGX-1276 series wire rope isolators are specially designed to protect high-value precision instruments and equipment from vibration and impact. This series adopts multi-strand special stainless steel wire ropes, which are spirally wound into shape according to a specific configuration, forming nonlinear stiffness characteristics and possessing excellent vibration isolation, buffering and impact resistance capabilities.
Its typical rated load range is 92kg to 278kg (per unit), and it can be flexibly selected and configured according to the weight of the equipment. It has a wide working temperature range (-55℃ to +150℃), adapting to harsh environments. It provides effective vibration isolation in the wide frequency band from 5Hz to 500Hz, and is particularly good at suppressing the transmission of medium and low-frequency vibration energy from 10Hz to 100Hz.
It is widely used in fields with high requirements for vibration isolation stability, such as shipborne electronic equipment, airborne radar, precision optical platforms, and medical imaging equipment.
