Xi'an Hoan Microwave's JGX-2228A steel wire rope isolator centers on a multi-strand steel wire spiral winding structure, forming a three-dimensional dynamic response system. When bearing a static load of 380~1250kg, this structure generates dry friction damping through friction, extrusion, and slippage between the wire strands, enabling efficient absorption of vibration energy. When external excitation exceeds the critical value, the relative displacement inside the steel wire rope can dissipate over 70% of the impact energy; during small-amplitude vibrations, the inter-strand self-locking effect maintains system stability. This adaptive characteristic allows it to retain stable performance in extreme environments ranging from -40℃ to 100℃.
The dual support plate mechanical structure adopted in this product further optimizes load distribution. Through the synergistic effect of the trapezoidal screw cap and rubber plug, a radial expansion force is generated during bolt tightening, increasing the steel wire rope clamping force to 1.5 times that of traditional structures while avoiding material fatigue caused by stress concentration. This design enables it to withstand instantaneous impacts of over 100G in scenarios such as aviation electronic equipment and vehicle-mounted precision instruments, with an anti-vibration fatigue life exceeding 100,000 cycles.
