The JGX-0648D-68A is a high-performance all-metal wire rope vibration isolator designed for demanding industrial shock and vibration control applications. Engineered with 6.8mm diameter stainless steel wire rope helically wound through precision-machined aluminum alloy clamping blocks, this isolator provides exceptional load-bearing capability and long-term durability without the degradation issues inherent to elastomeric mounts.
Material & Construction
- Wire Rope: Multi-strand 304 stainless steel wire rope, 6.8mm nominal diameter, cold-drawn for uniform tensile strength exceeding 1570 MPa. The wire rope is zinc-phosphatized prior to stranding for enhanced internal lubrication and corrosion resistance.
- Mounting Blocks: 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with hard anodized surface treatment (15-20μm oxide layer), providing excellent corrosion resistance in humid, saline, and chemically aggressive environments.
- Fasteners: 304 stainless steel hex socket cap screws with nylon-insert lock nuts to prevent loosening under sustained vibration.
