The BOIGEVIS intake cooler (OE 5Q0145803AD, i.e. charge air intercooler) is a front-mounted air-to-air unit for VW/Audi MQB 1.8 TSI, 2.0 TSI/TFSI and 1.6 TDI applications—covering VW Golf VII/GTI/R, Tiguan, Jetta, Skoda Octavia IV and Audi A3/TT. It cools compressed turbo air before the manifold, cutting intake temp, raising air density and restoring boost stability, throttle response and fuel-safe power.
Built with a full aluminium core, OE tube-fin density, plastic end tanks and factory charge-pipe ports, it matches original core length (~870 mm), bracket positions and pressure rating for direct bolt-on fitment—no hose modification.
