The BOIGEVIS EGR Cooler (OE 9678745680, cross 9820965980 / 9807593080 / 2267338) is a high-quality substitute heat exchanger for PSA 2.0 BlueHDi DW10F and Ford 2.0 TDCi Euro 5/6 diesels—covering Peugeot 308 II, 3008 II, 5008 II, 508 II, Traveller, Expert, Boxer; Citroën C4/C5 Picasso, Dispatch, Spacetourer, DS4/DS5; and Ford Mondeo V, S-Max, Galaxy, Kuga, Focus III.
It cools recirculated exhaust gas via engine coolant before re-entry into the intake, lowering combustion temperature and cutting NOx. Built with stainless-steel tube core, brazed aluminium housing and pressed gaskets, it resists 700 ℃ exhaust pulse, coolant corrosion and thermal fatigue—ending coolant-in-exhaust leaks, white smoke, rough idle, P0401/P0402 codes and failed emission tests common on cracked OEM units.
Moulded to PSA/Ford port, flange and bracket geometry for bolt-in fitment—no cutting. Each piece passes pressure-leak and thermal-cycle test.
