The BOIGEVIS Magnet (OE 2710510177 / A2710510177) is a high-quality substitute camshaft adjuster solenoid for Mercedes-Benz M271 1.8L Kompressor and M271 EVO turbo engines—covering C-Class W203 / W204, CLK W209, E-Class W211, CLC, and Sprinter with the 1.8T inline-four. Bolted to the front face of the cylinder head, it drives the intake/exhaust camshaft adjusters on ECU command, controlling VVT advance/retard for smooth idle, crisp throttle response and correct fuel delivery.
