    The casing head assembly is the joint between the first casing string and the blowout preventer group or the wellhead. It is used to fix the wellhead of the drilling well, connect the wellhead casing string, and support the technical casing and oil layer casing. Gravity seals the annular space between each layer of pipes, providing transitional connections for the installation of blowout preventers, tubing heads, and Christmas trees. Through the two side ports on the casing head body, mud replenishment, monitoring and filling balance can be performed Liquid and other construction operations.

    A casing hanger is also installed in the casing head to hang casing strings of corresponding specifications and seal the annular gap.

The side outlet can be connected with wire flange or thread according to customer requirements. The wire flange outlet has corresponding VR thread.

Function:

  1. Hang part or all of the weight of each layer of casings except the surface casings through a hanger;

  2. Connect wellhead devices such as blowout preventers;

  3. Establish a pressure seal between the inner and outer shell columns;

  4. Provide outlets to relieve pressure that may build up between the two layers of casing strings;

  5. In an emergency, fluids such as well killing fluid or fire extinguishing agent can be pumped into the well from the side hole of the casing head;

  6.Special tasks:

    a.If the cementing quality is poor, cement can be replenished from the side holes;

    b.During acid pressure, pressure balancing fluid can be injected from the side hole.
