Product Description:
The rotary table is one of the important supporting equipment in oil drilling and repair operations. It is an important component for rotating and carrying the drill string. The function of ground rotary equipment is to rotate the drill string and drill bit, break the rock and form a wellbore. The composition of ground rotary equipment: rotary table, swivel and top drive drilling system.
The rotary table is manufactured according to API 7K specification. The outer shell is a welded structure of cast steel and steel plate. The base is a cast steel part, which is welded to the steel plate after rough machining and finely machined to eliminate stress after internal annealing. The transmission gear is a medium-hardened circular arc sharp gear with high strength, stable transmission and large transmission torque.
Product Main Function:
1. Drive the drill tool to rotate during normal drilling;
2. Support the weight of the entire drill string or casing string in the well when drilling or casing is lowered;
3. Complete auxiliary work when unhooking, removing the drill bit and handling accidents;
4. Used to brake the upper drill string when drilling with bottom-hole power drilling tools.

1. The rotary table and bevel gear can transmit sufficiently large torque and have a reliable braking structure;
2. It has multiple gears of speed and can be forward and reverse;
3. It has the ability to resist earthquakes, impacts, and drilling fluid corrosion;
4. The center hole of the rotary table should be able to pass the largest drill bit;
5. It has good sealing, lubrication and earthquake resistance.

1. The design and manufacture of the rotary table complies with API 7K specification and SY/T5080 and other related standards;
2. It runs smoothly, has strong load-bearing capacity and light weight. It is reliable in locking and easy to install and maintain;
3. The shell is a cast steel structure; the shell is a cast steel and steel plate welded structure, and its base is a cast steel part; after rough processing, it is welded with the steel plate to form the shell, and then integrated; annealing and fine processing are performed;

5. The whole machine has good mechanical properties. The transmission shaft is an alloy forging and has been tempered. It has good overall mechanical properties and is suitable for large torque work. Sprockets and flanges can be installed on the shaft end to meet the requirements of various transmission methods;
6. The bushing has reliable performance. The main bushing is made of alloy cast steel and has been quenched and tempered, with high strength and reliable performance.
