It has changed the traditional sensor method and adopted the anchor sensor design. The structure is more reasonable and safe, and the installation and use are faster, more flexible and convenient. You only need to clamp the sensor directly at the root of the dead rope to achieve pressure conduction. The entire installation process only takes 5-10 minutes. It mainly consists of a secondary weight indicator, an anchor sensor and a high-pressure rubber tube. It is suitable for small drilling and well repair operations below 3,000 meters. It is mainly used on mast drilling rigs or tower drilling rigs. Two types: horizontal and vertical.

    The weight indicator produced and sold by our company Huichi Petro is suitable for: a display instrument that indicates and records the changes in the suspended weight and drilling pressure of drill tools during the drilling or well repair operations of various drilling rigs and well repair rigs in petroleum and geological exploration, helping the drilling driver to master the use of the drilling rig, the working parameters of the well repair rig in drilling or well repair operations, and judge the working status of the drill tools. It is usually used in conjunction with a recorder, a dead rope fixer or a sensor.

    Description: The weight indicator is connected to the sensor through a connecting pipeline and a quick connector. The liquid pressure generated by the sensor acts on the spring tube, and the pointer is deflected by the amplification mechanism to indicate the weight of the downhole drilling tool. The short pointer is the weight pointer (yellow), and the long pointer is the sensitive pointer (red).

    There are one weight pointer and one sensitive spring tube in the weight indicator. The free end displacement of the spring tube under the action of liquid pressure drives the central gear shaft through the connecting rod and umbrella gear of the amplification mechanism, causing the pointer to deflect and indicate the hanging weight of the big hook and the drilling pressure.

    The deflection angle of the sensitive pointer is four times the deflection angle of the weight pointer.

    The dead rope fixer is a mechanism that converts the dead rope tension of the drilling rig into liquid pressure.

    The dead rope fixer consists of a pulley, a base, and a sensor.

    The sensor is one of the main components of the dead rope fixer. It squeezes the liquid surface through the diaphragm and converts it into a pressure signal, which is transmitted to the weight indicator and recorder. Therefore, it is an energy conversion element.
