Product Description:
The deadline anchor is a mechanism that converts the dead rope tension of the drilling rig into liquid pressure. It mainly consists of three parts: the rope wheel, the base and the sensor. The sensor is one of the main components of the deadline anchor. It converts the dead rope tension through the extrusion of the diaphragm into a pressure signal and transmits it to the weight indicator and recorder. The deadline anchor is widely used on various types of drilling rigs.
Product Features:
1. The maximum dead rope tension can reach 720Kn;
2. The standard output pressure of the sensor is 6MPa;
3. Used in conjunction with the weight indicator and recorder;
4. The number of wire rope strands: 6.8.10.12.14;
5. The wire rope size is: 22mm, 26mm, 28mm, 32mm, 35mm;
6. According to the installation method, there are two types of deadline anchor: vertical and horizontal.
