    The oil drill pipe produced and sold by our company Huichi Petro is mainly suitable for the construction of deep wells, horizontal wells and large-reach wells in the process of oil and gas exploration and development. It has a rod connected to the drill bit to transmit power. The common components of the drill string are: drill bit, drill collar, drill pipe, stabilizer, special joint and square drill pipe. In the oil field drilling project, the oil drill pipe is the main component connecting the ground rotation system, lifting system, circulation system with drill collar and drill bit. Through them, the turntable drives the drill bit to rotate, the big hook drives the drill bit to rise and fall, and the mud is sent to the bottom of the well to form a cycle, so that the drill bit can break the rock layer and drill continuously. The drill pipe must be able to withstand huge internal and external pressure, twisting, bending and vibration. In the process of oil and gas extraction and refining, the drill pipe can be used many times.

    The smooth tube and the original steel pipe are made into drill pipe after multiple processing steps. First, through the thickening process of the steel pipe, the outer surface of the smooth tube is bent inward and the wall of the steel pipe is thickened. Next, thread processing is performed and copper is plated to increase strength. Then, non-destructive quality control inspection is carried out, followed by welding of the pipe body joints. After that, the pipe body will undergo welding heat treatment and welding treatment to eliminate welding residual pressure. Before the finished drill pipe is painted and packaged, other tests are carried out on the finished steel pipe, including hardness test, pressure test and non-destructive test.

    The drill pipes produced and sold by our company Huichi Petroleum meet API standards and use E75 to S135 steel grades, a series of oil drill pipes with outer diameters ranging from 2 3/8″ to 5 1/2″, as well as double-shoulder joint drill pipes with high torsion resistance and BNK C95S drill pipes with special steel grades for sulfur-containing oil wells. The length of the drill pipe is generally about nine meters.
