Working principle of screw drilling tools:
Screw drilling tools are a type of volumetric downhole power drilling tools that use drilling fluid as power and convert liquid pressure energy into mechanical energy. When the mud pumped out by the mud pump flows through the bypass valve into the motor, a certain pressure difference is formed at the inlet and outlet of the motor, and the hydraulic energy is converted into mechanical energy, and the speed and torque are transmitted to the drill bit through the universal shaft and the transmission shaft, thereby realizing the drilling operation.

1. Bent screw drills: On the universal housing of the screw drill, a structural bend is added to meet the needs of different curvatures. It is divided into single-bend housing and double-bend housing.
2. Adjustable angle screw drills: In order to improve the requirements of bent screw drills for different deflection rates, the bending angle of the screw drill can be adjusted on the well as needed.
3. Extended screw drills: On the basis of ordinary screw drills, the number of motor stages is increased to increase the torque of the screw drill to achieve the effect of rapid rock breaking of the drill bit.
4. Hollow screw drills: In order to meet the needs of large-volume cuttings during drilling, a hollow rotor with nozzles of different sizes is used to increase the input flow and increase the drill bit water drive.
5. High-deflection screw drills: Unique structural design, the length of the whole machine is shorter and the curvature is closer to the drill bit.
