Product Description:
Cementing plugs are devices used to isolate cement slurry and mud. The function of the plug is to maintain the pressure in the casing. The materials include plastic, aluminum alloy, phenolic resin and other materials. They are suitable for different well conditions. The bottom plug is activated before the cement slurry to minimize the fluid contamination in the casing before cementing. After the plug reaches the landing collar, the diaphragm in the plug body ruptures to allow cement slurry to pass through. It can effectively isolate mud from cement slurry, reduce pollution and maintain predictable slurry properties, prevent slurry mixing, and prevent the phenomenon of bottom slurry mixing during cementing. It belongs to cementing accessories. The cementing plug series is divided into ordinary cementing plugs, upper and lower plugs for double plug cementing, and upper, middle and lower plugs for two-stage cementing. The products are divided into ordinary and anti-rotation types, which can be matched with corresponding floating collars and floating shoes.
The non-rotating cementing plugs produced and sold by our company Huichi petro are also equipped with high-strength drillable plug inserts, designed to withstand casing test pressure after the operation is completed. The top plug has a solid body and provides positive indication of contact with the landing ring and bottom plug by increasing pump pressure.
Product Features:
1. The core material is made of aluminum alloy or polymer material, with good drillability;
2. The rubber plug is made of imported nitrile rubber, which is oil, acid and alkali resistant;
3. The top plug and bottom plug are designed with double-stage seals and scraping wings. The scraping wings of polyurethane have good casing cleaning function and wear resistance;
4. Standard cement plugs are suitable for various floating collars and floating shoes; anti-rotation cement plugs are suitable for anti-rotation floating collars and floating shoes; PDC drill bits or roller bits can be drilled;
5. The top plug and bottom plug are designed with double-stage seals and scraping wings processed by wear-resistant materials;
6. The anti-rotation rubber plug is designed with an anti-rotation mechanism, which can greatly increase the drilling speed and save drilling time;
7. The operating temperature range of the aluminum core is up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and plugs can be ordered for higher operating temperatures and can operate in synthetic or mud fluids;
