Product Description:
Blind flange is also called blind flange, and its real name is blind plate. It is a solid circle with a handle. It is a flange connection form, which is actually a flange without a hole in the middle.
Function 1: It is to block the end of the pipe;
Function 2: It can be used to easily remove debris in the pipe during maintenance.
In terms of blocking, isolation and cutting, it has the same function as the head and pipe cap. However, the head cannot be disassembled, while the flange blind plate is fixed with bolts and is very easy to disassemble.

2. Manufactured for any combination of size and pressure ratings;
3. Spacer Spools designed to minimize length while allowing sufficient clearance for wrenches or clamps, unless otherwise specified by the customer;
4. The standard design for spacer spools does not include outlets, although outlets can be added as specified;
5. Hot-dipped galvanized flanges conform to ASTM A153.Companion flanges threads conform to ASME B1.20.1;
6. Available for general service and sour service in compliance with any temperature rating and material requirements specified in API spec 6A;
7. Available with all common casing and tubing threads in all API flange sizes, pressures and trims.
