Working Principle:

The mud agitators produced and sold by our company Huichi Petro mainly work based on the principle of mechanical stirring. After the equipment is started, the motor provides power to drive the reducer, which converts the high-speed rotation of the motor into a low-speed and high-torque output, driving the stirring shaft and the stirring blades installed at the end of the stirring shaft to rotate at a specific speed. During the rotation of the blades, shear force and thrust are generated on the surrounding mud, causing the mud to form a complex flow state and produce radial, axial and tangential mixed flows. This mixed flow can break the sedimentation trend of solid particles in the mud, promote the particles to be evenly dispersed in the mud, prevent the particles from accumulating at the bottom of the mud tank, and thus maintain the stability of the mud performance.

Product structure:

1. Motor: An explosion-proof motor is used as the power source to adapt to the special flammable and explosive environment of the oil field site. The power of the motor can be selected according to the processing capacity and mixing requirements of the mud agitator.
2. Reducer: Connect the motor and the agitator shaft. Its main function is to reduce the speed of the motor output and increase the torque at the same time.
3. Agitator shaft: Made of high-strength alloy steel, it has good strength and rigidity after a special heat treatment process and can withstand various forces and torques generated during the mixing process.
4. Agitator blades: The shape, size and material of the agitator blades are designed and selected according to the properties of the mud and the mixing requirements. Common blade shapes include propeller, paddle, turbine, etc. Blades of different shapes are suitable for different types of mud and mixing conditions. The blade material is made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, such as stainless steel and high chromium alloy.
5. Sealing device: installed at the connection between the agitator shaft and the mud tank, its main function is to prevent mud leakage. The sealing device adopts mechanical seal or packing seal to ensure that when the agitator shaft rotates at high speed, it can effectively prevent the mud from seeping out from the gap between the agitator shaft and the tank body, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment and the cleanliness of the working environment.
