Product Overview
The Rotary Slip produced and sold by our company Huichi Petro is a core clamping tool used to fix drill pipes, drill collars, casing or tubing in oil drilling operations. Through the cooperation of wedge-shaped slip pieces and conical slip seats, the pipe string can be stably suspended during drilling or tripping and prevented from slipping into the well. Its high-strength material and quick locking design can adapt to complex working conditions such as deep wells on land, offshore platforms, high temperature and high pressure, and ensure the continuity and safety of drilling operations.

Core functions
- High-load locking: The maximum static load reaches 500 short tons (about 454 tons), suitable for 3-1/2" to 13-5/8" drill pipes and casings to prevent the pipe string from sliding.
- Fast operation: Spring-assisted opening and closing mechanism, a single person can complete the clamping or release of the slip within 10 seconds, improving work efficiency.
- Wear-resistant design: The surface of the slip is welded with tungsten carbide or inlaid with cemented carbide to resist mud erosion and friction with the pipe column, and the service life is increased by more than 50%.
- Safety and collapse prevention: integrated splash cover + self-locking cone seat structure to prevent the slip from accidentally popping out and ensure the safety of personnel.
- Wide applicability: It is suitable for drilling equipment such as drill pipes and drill collars of different specifications to meet the needs of various drilling operations.
