PEODUCT DESCRIPTION
The working principle of the mixing truck  mainly involves the following aspects:

Force taking device. The stirring truck takes out the power of the vehicle chassis through the force taking device, and drives the variable pump of the hydraulic system to convert the mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. 

Hydraulic system. The variable pump in the hydraulic system converts the mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, and then drives the reducer by the quantitative motor, and the reducer drives the mixing device to mix the concrete 

Mixing device. The mixing device usually consists of a mixing blade and a mixing shaft. The mixing blade is designed so that the concrete raw materials can be fully mixed to ensure the uniformity and stability of the concrete.

The transportation process. In the process of transporting concrete, the mixing tank needs to keep a low speed rotation (1 to 3 revolutions per minute) to prevent concrete segregation and maintain the uniformity of concrete.

Loading and unloading. When the mixing truck is charging, the speed of the mixing tank is relatively fast (6 to 10 revolutions per minute), and the concrete enters the mixing cylinder through the charging system, and flows to the middle and lower part of the mixing cylinder under the guidance of the spiral blade. When unloading, the mixing truck transmits power to the mixing tank through the engine, drives the tank to rotate, and the concrete is discharged through the unloading hopper.

In addition, the mixer also has a cleaning function, which can clean the mixing tank system, loading port and discharge system, etc., to prevent concrete bonding.
