A2: Please kindly send your design file and overall size to us. (eps, psd, cdr, ai, pnp, etc)

If you don't have designed logo, pls provde text and tell us your requirments (size, color, front lit or backlit and etc).
Q3: Can I have a sample order?
A3: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q4: Do you have any warranty for the products?
A4: Yes, we provide 2 years warrenty for the product (just for indoor). For damage caused by non-human factors, we promise to replace a new one within two years

A5: Pls provide a picture of installation background. Then, we'll give you some suggest about installation. The installation drawing and all accessories will be shipped out with the products. If there is any problem of installation, please contact us.
