The lead wire arrangement arc can be more than 140 degrees, and the copper wire and the high and low arc surfaces of the sound diaphragm are completely matched, which helps to extend the life of the speaker in the noise test;

The amount of glue is small and precise glue dispensed, which helps improve the consistency of the speaker’s frequency response curve and the sensitivity of the speaker;

Using rotary type 12 stations, the number of fixtures is small, and large and small fixtures are highly interchangeable, which greatly reduces the cost of replacing fixtures;

Fully automatic loading and unloading, no manual intervention at all; production capacity 1600pcs/h*24 hours.
