Xingte High Precision 6 Stations Stator Wire Winding Machine
The stator high-precision wire winding machine features flying fork outer winding equipment, a 6-station design, compact structure, small size, fast running speed, and a wide range of applicable wire diameters.
It ensures neat wire arrangement without damage and includes wire feeding, hanging, winding, wire arranging, pulling, trimming, and unloading processes.
The 6-station winding improves efficiency, achieves precision wiring without wire damage, and can reserve wire ends and tails.
It adopts a flexible and modular design, with a clean appearance and versatile structure, offering broader compatibility.
The machine achieves wire head and tail insertion into the insulation frame slots, straightens the wire ends, and features fully automatic wire cutting.
The upper and lower wire routing can operate independently, meeting various wire arrangement requirements and better accommodating product diversity.
The 6-station design allows for independent operation of left and right stations, as well as synchronized operation for convenient maintenance.
An optional electronic tensioner and servo tensioner control system allow for precise wire tension adjustment.
