Product Introduction :
The motor stator coil winding machine is aimed at Inverter brushless motor manufacturing, adopts double-station needle winding design technology, Mainly used for multi-pole stator winding.
manual feeding, automatic clamping die, Multiple taps (screen setting), wire clamping, and wire cutting can be realized during the winding process.
Each action cycle will wrap 2 stators, greatly improving production efficiency, and reducing labor intensity.
The number of slots and cycles can be set by man-machine interface; Electric by PLC, display, servo motor control, set, and display, safe and reliable.

The automatic motor winding machine is especially suitable for Inverter washing machine motors, Inverter cleaner motors, and another BLDC/brushless motor.
Function and Characteristics:
1. For multi-pole BLDC motor stator winding, the machine allows for manual loading and unloading, automatic clamping, winding, and shearing.
2. The frame is constructed with a thickened aluminum profile, and the table plate is made of cast iron to absorb vibration. This design ensures minimal vibration even at high winding speeds.
3. Tooling and fixture parts utilize a downward positioning mode, providing stable and reliable tightening.
4. The wire clamping and cutting structure is compact, allowing for simultaneous wire clamping and cutting.
5. The machine enables quick change-over of tooling, facilitating the rapid adjustment of stator and winding parameters through the HMI to adapt to different stator requirements.
6. It features PLC control and fault display.
7. The machine also offers double stations and high-speed needle winding.
The stator is stationary during winding. All needle movements are motorized and programmable and managed in direct drive mode (no cam system, no belts, no lead screw).
It is possible to wind:

- Outer stators straight and skewed slot
