2.Two kinds of steel beams
We have two kinds of steel beams,welded steel beams and hot-rolled steel beams.
The differences and advantages of welded steel beams and hot-rolled steel beams.
(1) the processing technology is different
Welded H-shaped steel is a structural steel of appropriate thickness, and the side and waist are welded in a continuous welding set. The hot-rolled H-shaped steel is formed by a rolling mill according to its appearance and shape.
(2) the loss
Compared with welded H-beams, hot-rolled H-beams use less raw materials, and hot-rolled H-beams can better reduce energy and labor losses, while welded H-beams consume more labor.
(3) In terms of characteristics
Welding H-shaped steel is not easy to ensure uniform product performance, and it has shortcomings such as limited size specifications, but it has the advantages of good pressure resistance and high load bearing. The hot rolled H-shaped steel structure has high stability and is suitable for the construction of buildings in earthquake zones.
