Vacuum industrial distiller is one of the distillation. It is carried out under reduced pressure. It is generally used to separate substances that readily decompose or polymerize when heated to boiling at atmospheric pressure or in combination with other distillation methods to reduce the temperature of distillation and commonly used in chemical, petroleum and other industries.

The vacuum industrial distiller is useful for compounds whose boiling point at atmospheric pressure exceeds their decomposition temperature, and any attempt to get such compounds to boil at atmospheric pressure will cause them to decompose.

  The vacuum industrial distiller also has to be installed with some care.

   

  1. When installing the apparatus of the vacuum industrial distiller, you must choose a suitable rubber plug, preferably with a grinding mouth vacuum distillation device.

   

  2. Turn on the machine, and then slowly close the safety valve, and observe whether the pressure on the manometer reaches the requirements, such as failure to meet the requirements, and the available safety valve for adjustment.

   

  3. At the end of distillation, remove the heat source, then open the safety piston, stop pumping when the balance of the manometer drops, and remove the instrument after the pressure inside and outside the system is balanced.
