The YD series single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump is a positive displacement pump that uses the rotary vane to continuously operate in the pump chamber to suck in and compress the gas, and finally discharge it through the exhaust port. It is mainly composed of pump body, rotor, rotary vane, end cover, exhaust valve, etc. There is a cylindrical cavity in the pump body. The cavity is equipped with an air inlet pipe and an exhaust valve. There is an eccentrically installed cylindrical rotor in the cavity. The top of the rotor remains in contact with the cavity wall. There are two slots on the rotor. Two rotary vanes are placed in the groove. There is a spring between the rotary vanes. When the rotor rotates, the tops of the two rotary vanes always slide along the inner wall of the cavity with the help of the spring. The oil film between them ensures that the gap between the suction chamber and the exhaust chamber is air tightness.
