Product Description:
The YD series uses proven rotary vane technology, which is powerful and sturdy in structure. The cylinder is equipped with a rotor with three blades, which is installed centrifugally. Due to centrifugal force, these blades slide out, creating a chamber between themselves and the cylinder.
The pumped medium is trapped in three chambers. During the rotation, the chamber volume continues to decrease. Therefore, the pumped medium is compressed and transported to the outlet.
YD series vacuum pumps adopt circulating oil lubrication for continuous operation. The advanced oil mist separator can effectively separate sealing oil and pumping medium to ensure effective recycling of oil.
After the vacuum pump is shut down, the check valve prevents the pumped medium from flowing back into the vacuum process.
