purpose

The JZS-7G series static adjustable delay terminal intermediate relay is used in various protection and automatic control circuits for DC or AC operation as an auxiliary relay to increase the number and capacity of contacts. The power on delay or power-off delay time can be freely adjusted as needed.

Performance
This series of products is a static energy storage delay type intermediate relay, which stores energy in a capacitor at the moment of power on. The relay controls the disconnection or action of the intermediate relay through a digital circuit according to user settings, thereby achieving the purpose of delay. Has the following characteristics:
1. Adopting high-performance sealed relays. Moisture proof, dust-proof, continuous wiring, high reliability.
2. After the relay is activated, there is a light indicator and a power indicator.
3. The electrical and mechanical lifespan of relays is long.
4. Large contact capacity and low contact resistance.
5. The insulation withstand voltage level is high.

DC: ordinary type: connected to DC220V, 10A; Disconnect DC220V, τ=5ms, 50W load.
Maintain value: 0.7~1.2 times rated voltage, action delay ≤ 20ms, minimum adjustable return delay ≤ 20ms
Consumption: not exceeding 5W at rated voltage.
Insulation resistance: Use a 1000V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between each lead terminal and the housing locking screw, which should not be less than 10MQ.
Insulation withstand voltage: Each lead terminal can withstand 2000V of the power frequency with the locking screw of the shell, and the contacts in the same group can withstand 1000V of the power frequency for one minute,

Electrical lifespan: DC250V circuit, cut-off current T=5ms, 50W, more than 104 times;
Machine maple lifespan: Contact point has no load for more than 3 million times.
