According to GB3836.1-2010 ( Explosive atmospheres - Part 1: Equipment-Generalrequirements) and GB3836.2- -2010 ( Explosive atmospheres - Part 2:Equipment protection by flameproof enclosures "d" ) , theseries motor is made into explosion-proof type. The efficiency is in accordance with the energy- -saving evaluation value standard inGB18613-2020 ( Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for small and medium three-phaseinduction motors ) . The efficiency reaches the national level 3 energy efficiency, and has the characteristics of excellent performance,safe and reliable operation, lower vibration and noise than similar products, and meets the requirements of environmental protection.YBX3,YBX4,YBX5 series high efficiency flameproof 3-phase induction motors, explosion-proof mark: ExdIMb. Exd IlB T4Gb. Ex d IIC T4 Gb. This series motor is suitable for places with explosive gas mixture. Ex d I Mb is suitable for electrical equipmentused in Coal Mine gas environment, Ex d IlB T4 Gb is applicable to the environment where explosive gas mixture exists in plant class IIAand Il B (Ex d IIC T4 Gb class Il A, class Il B and class Il C)with temperature groups of T1, T2, T3 and T4.
The power grade and installation dimension of this series motor conform to the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC)standard, and the corresponding relationship is the same as that of German DIN42673 standard, which is conducive to the matching ofexport and import equipment.
