Product Introduction
Grinding fluid purifier is a device specifically designed to remove iron filings and impurities from grinding fluid. It restores the cleanliness of grinding fluid through a series of physical methods such as filtration, centrifugal separation, magnetic separation, etc., thereby extending its service life, reducing replacement frequency, lowering production costs, and improving the processing environment.

working principle
Third level separation:
1. Filtration: Using a filter basket or mesh device to directly filter out some of the coarser solid particles.
2. Centrifugal separation: Using the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, tiny particles and impurities such as oil stains in the grinding fluid are separated.
3. Magnetic separation: Utilizing a strong magnetic field to adsorb and separate ferromagnetic impurities such as iron filings and metal particles in the grinding fluid. When the grinding fluid flows through the magnetic drum, impurities are magnetized and closely adhere to the surface of the drum. After rotating to the liquid free zone with the drum, they are scraped off and collected, thus achieving the purification and recycling of the grinding fluid.
