Drive-in Pallet Rack uses minimal space for access aisles and lanes. Union's Drive-in racking provides a high density and very space-efficient bu I k storage system. With the first pallet into a lane being the last out, Stock selectivity is restricted, but when loads are delivered and dispatched in batches, this is not a difficulty. Pallets are stored on runners in the depth of the racking and trucks enter to deposit or retrieve loads.
The rack is a most useful and cost-effective storage racking system providing direct access to standard pallets. It provides high capacity storage,is easily installed and adjusted,and has low equipment and capital costs.
It is designed for the storage of homogenous products. It accommodates a large number of pallets for each SKU.
The system is frequently used in cold stores (refrigeration and freezing) which require maximum use of space for the storage of products in a controlled temperature.
Feature:
1. Made of continuous rows of upright frames interconnected by spacers.
2. Forklift trucks drive along each aisle(lane)to store or retrieve pallets
3. Each aisle consists of several levels of pallet support rail.
4. Pallets are placed on the pallet support rail one after another along the aisles.
5.Top and back bracing are used to stabilize system structure
6.All components are epoxy powder coated expect the galvanized footplates.
7.Accessories include shim, upright protector, forklift guide rail.
